We are seeking an accomplished HR Assistant to provide expert administrative support across multiple HR functions. This includes managing data security, IT systems, and document control, as well as delivering training sessions and maintaining accurate electronic databases.
Responsibilities:- Data Management: Oversee the secure management of employee data, adhering to established procedures.
- Technology Support: Offer technical guidance on IT systems and administration software to end-users.
- Training Delivery: Deliver comprehensive training sessions, equipping users with the necessary skills to utilize various applications effectively.
- Documentation: Coordinate the creation, verification, and storage of documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Software Services: Work closely with software suppliers to address support queries and schedule upgrades.
- Database Accuracy: Verify the precision and completeness of electronic databases, which contain essential information.
- Certifications: Possess relevant certifications or professional qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Software Expertise: Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Administrative Background: Bring prior experience in an administration role, preferably within an HR department.
