About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our EHSSQ team at Carbon 60. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our designated function, ensuring that administrative requirements are understood and delivered to quality standard within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to the EHSSQ team, including managing email correspondence and other office duties as required.
- Provide U4BW/Database/IT Superuser level of knowledge and understanding of systems, and provide standard and bespoke reports.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases to meet department delivery requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company standard procedures and policies, including data protection and confidentiality.
Requirements and Qualifications
