Senior Registered Nurse

Hazelwood Care Home is seeking a highly skilled Senior Registered Nurse to join our team on a night shift basis.
As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the night shift nursing team, ensuring seamless care delivery
- Conduct audits and rota management to optimize care quality and efficiency
- Manage medications and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Take ownership of the care home's operations during night shifts, including bank holidays and weekends
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary of £23 per hour, contracted to 36 hours per week, with 5.6 weeks' annual leave, pension, uniform, and DBS paid.
