Senior Registered Nurse

Hazelwood Care Home is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practices
- Conduct audits and rota management to ensure efficient care delivery
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
