Job Summary

Hazelwood Care Home is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assist with the management of the care home environment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in nursing care.

Requirements

  • RGN / RMN Qualified
  • Valid PIN
  • Experience working with the elderly
  • Excellent communication skills
