About the Role

Hazelwood Care Home is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents and leading our team of nurses to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice
  • Conduct audits and rota management to ensure efficient care delivery
  • Manage medications and supervise staff to ensure safe and effective care
  • Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £23
  • A contracted 36 hours per week with some ad hoc nights required
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave
