Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Registered Nurse to take ownership of our care home's clinical operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for auditing and managing our medication systems, supervising staff, and providing training and support to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and audit our medication systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supervise and support our nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Take ownership of our care home's clinical operations, including out-of-hours management
- Collaborate with our senior regional team to drive continuous improvement and best practice
We offer a competitive salary of £23 per hour, plus benefits including:
- 36 hours per week, with some ad hoc night shifts
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Pension scheme

- Onsite parking
