Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account the individual needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Manage and coordinate the administration of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
