**Location**:The Old Downs Care Home, Castle Hill, Hartley DA3 7BH
**Contracted hours**: Part-time 16 hours, 7.30pm - 11.30pm - work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements

- Delivering the highest level of person-centred care
- Maintaining the residents’ safety and wellbeing
- Supporting residents to remain as active and independent as possible
- Respecting the residents’ rights of choice, privacy and dignity
- Assisting residents with personal care and mobility requirements
- Supporting the residents’ with an excellent mealtime experience
- Maintaining accurate and up to date care records
- Providing physical and mental stimulation for our residents by taking part in social and recreational activities, on a one-to-one and group basis.
