About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful national organisation in North Leicestershire as an Interim HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience of managing complex employee relations issues and supporting large-scale change projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including restructures, TUPE, and redundancies.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the business on a wide range of people matters.
  • Support large-scale change projects, including change management and organisational development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary hearings and grievances.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. A proven background in a similar position, with experience of managing complex employee relations issues and supporting large-scale change projects.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  4. A strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a practical context.
