This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with line managers to drive HR initiatives and ensure seamless business operations, focusing on:
- Staff recruitment, development, and retention

- Managerial training, performance evaluation, and cultural integration
- Supporting senior leaders and the broader HR team
To excel in this position, you'll need:
- Proven experience in HR Advisory or Business Partner roles (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of employment law and its applications
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver impactful HR projects
- Superior communication and problem-solving skills
