We are a leading recruitment agency helping businesses find the right talent for their teams.

This interim opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our clients' organisation undergoing a transformative phase.

You'll be working closely with line managers to support key HR processes and initiatives, including:

  • Recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
  • Employee relations, recognition, and policy reviews
  • Job evaluations, manager training, and embedding new organisational values
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and supporting the wider HR team through this transition.

This role reports to the Head of People and requires:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Adviser/Business Partner roles
  • Strong understanding of employment law and its application
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver on HR projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The salary for this position is £37,500 per annum, reflecting the location in Loughborough. You will enjoy flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office) as well as access to pension schemes, wellness programs, and fitness facilities.
