Job Overview
This Interim HR Business Partner role is a great opportunity to join a highly successful national organisation in North Leicestershire. You will work as part of a busy HR team, supporting with various areas including change management projects, providing advice and guidance to the business, developing HR policies and procedures, and assisting with employee relations matters.
About the Role
As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing complex employee relations issues, supporting large-scale change projects such as restructures, TUPE, and redundancies. You will also provide advice and guidance to the business on a wide range of people matters, helping them navigate any challenges they may face.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a proven background in a similar position, who is comfortable dealing with a wide range of employee relations matters and supporting with large-scale change projects. If you have experience working in a fast-paced HR environment and are confident in your ability to provide effective support to the business, we want to hear from you.
