We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Associate to join our team at Aldwych Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous efficiency and quality improvements, providing project administration support, preparing designs for approvals, and liaising with clients and authorities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive process improvements and ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide project administration support and coordinate client communication.
  • Liaise with clients and authorities on design submissions and approve materials.
  • Support the Finance Manager with sales and purchase ledger, credit control, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure effective administration of the office, including receptionist duties and office coordination.
  • Provide internal administrative support for client, supplier, and project management tasks.
  • Assist with diary and calendar organisation, purchasing of office supplies, and office maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary range is £29,000 - £40,000.
