HR Business Operations Specialist

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner to join our client's team for a 3-6 month period. As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business on employee relations matters and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Support the business on employee relations matters, including change management projects, restructures, TUPE, and redundancy procedures.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, utilising expertise to drive resolution and growth.
The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 and a flexible work arrangement that allows for three days on-site and two days remote per week. This opportunity offers the chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in HR policy development and employee relations.
