Michael Page Human Resources is supporting a large, highly successful national organisation with the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner.

Role Overview

This 3-6 month interim role offers hybrid working arrangements, with three days on-site and two days remote per week, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the business on employee relations matters, including change management projects, restructures, TUPE, and redundancy procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, utilising expertise to drive resolution and growth.
Requirements

A proven background in a similar position is essential for this role, with experience in managing complex employee relations matters and supporting large-scale change projects.

You will be comfortable dealing with various employee relations matters, including restructures, TUPE, and redundancies, and have excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Employment Details
  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000
