We are seeking an exceptional Proactive HR Business Partner to join our client's team and support their organisational change initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to provide high-quality HR services, including advice and guidance on employee relations matters, policy development, and support with complex change projects.

You will have a strong background in HR consulting and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

With your expertise in HR consulting, you will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to the business, ensuring that they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

You will also work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, which will drive business growth and success.
