Job Description: Employee Relations Specialist (6-Month FTC)

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in North Leicestershire. As a key member of our HR function, you will deliver high-quality HR partnership and oversee employee relations casework.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver HR partnership to senior leaders and managers
  2. Manage employee relations casework, including investigations and case resolution
  3. Coach managers on HR policies and procedures
  4. Develop and implement HR initiatives, including restructures, training, and procedural development
  5. Collaborate with other HR teams to deliver seamless service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations and HR policy implementation
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR policies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion
