SF Recruitment is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our clients' organisation during a period of transformation.
This role involves working closely with line managers to develop and implement HR strategies, focusing on:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and employee growth
- Employee engagement, policy development, and review
- Managerial training, job evaluations, and cultural alignment
- Collaboration with senior leaders and HR team members
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Advisory or Business Partner roles
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and best practices
- Able to work independently and deliver results-driven HR projects
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
The salary range for this role is £35,000 - £43,000 per annum, taking into account the location in Loughborough. As part of our client's team, you'll benefit from a competitive package, including flexible working arrangements and access to employee perks.
