SF Recruitment is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our clients' organisation during a period of transformation.

This role involves working closely with line managers to develop and implement HR strategies, focusing on:

  1. Recruitment, onboarding, and employee growth
  2. Employee engagement, policy development, and review
  3. Managerial training, job evaluations, and cultural alignment
  4. Collaboration with senior leaders and HR team members

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Advisory or Business Partner roles
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and best practices
  • Able to work independently and deliver results-driven HR projects
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this role is £35,000 - £43,000 per annum, taking into account the location in Loughborough. As part of our client's team, you'll benefit from a competitive package, including flexible working arrangements and access to employee perks.
