Interim HR Business Consultant

Michael Page Human Resources is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Consultant to join our team on a 3-6 month project. As an Interim HR Business Consultant, you will work closely with the business to drive change and improve HR processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters
- Lead change management projects such as restructuring and TUPE
About the Client:
The client is a large, national organisation based in North Leicestershire. They are looking for someone with a strong background in HR to support them through a period of change.
What We Can Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum
- A 3-6 month interim contract with opportunities for extension
- Hybrid working available

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
