Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading change management projects, including restructures, reorganisations, TUPE and redundancy consultations, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.

  • Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to the business, focusing on people matters and compliance with relevant legislation.

    ">
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, aligning them with business objectives and goals.

    ">
  • Managing complex employee relations matters, resolving conflicts and issues efficiently and effectively.
