Financial Operations Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Paul Mitchell Associates in North Leicester. As a key member of our accounts department, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, including accounts/bookkeeping, payroll, and general office administration.
About the Job:The successful candidate will have experience in an accounting and administration role, with knowledge of Payroll & CIS being advantageous. You will be able to fit into a busy and successful owner-managed SME business, possessing effective communication skills and good administration skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial operations, including accounts/bookkeeping and payroll
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Develop and implement financial procedures to improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Able to fit into a busy and successful owner-managed SME business
- Possess demonstrable experience in an accounting and administration role
- Knowledge of Payroll & CIS would be advantageous
- Effective communication skills
- Good administration skills
- Appointment Type: Permanent
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum pro-rata if part-time (subject to experience)
- Hours: 9-5 Full time, or Part-Time (if part-time 20 hours minimum), Early Friday finish
