Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office accounts team at Loc8me. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Financial Director and Operations Director to deliver excellent service to our colleagues in branch. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with the branch teams, providing high-quality administrative support, and contributing to end-to-end payroll processing.

Requirements:
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Accounting and financial administration experience preferred
• Payroll experience (end-to-end processing essential)
• Basic HR knowledge
• Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
