Job Overview:
Paul Mitchell Associates is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Loughborough. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage bank payments, VAT returns, and payroll
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience, plus 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays, on-site parking, pension, life assurance, and a wellness programme. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of experienced professionals.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in an SME environment in a similar role, be qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE, proficient in Excel, and possess effective communication skills. A can-do/team player attitude is essential for this position.
