Key Account Director FMCG

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to join our team and drive business growth in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies that meet national business objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage customer relationships with key accounts in the HORECA sector.
- Contribute to the development of customer strategy to ensure national business objectives are met.
- Work closely with buyers to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- Partner with brand marketing to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best-in-class execution.
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales function processes and cross-functional exposure to other business operations.
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
**Benefits:**
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
