About the Role

Salt is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our FMCG team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading brand in the industry and contribute to the growth and success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, as well as experience in team leadership and sales strategy development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across designated markets, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth objectives. They will also be responsible for conducting in-depth market analyses, identifying growth opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities, and regularly reporting on market conditions, team performance, and sales results to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify growth opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities
  2. Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders
  3. Drive revenue growth across designated markets
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth objectives
  5. Regularly report on market conditions, team performance, and sales results to senior management
