We are looking for a talented Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to join our team in London.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice to senior stakeholders, high-level executives, and remuneration committees on incentive plans (STIP's & LTIPS's), bonuses, pay ranges, performance objectives, and corporate governance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in executive compensation, including corporate governance, incentive design, performance calibration, valuations of stock plans, benchmarking, and financial services legislation.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing executive compensation consultancy services, including helping privately held businesses create compensation plans tailored to their specific needs and assisting businesses preparing for an initial public offering before becoming public.
  • Displaying technical expertise in executive compensation, including corporate governance, incentive design, performance calibration, valuations of stock plans, benchmarking, and preferably financial services legislation.
  • Establishing relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.
  • Managing client engagements, including identifying business challenges, developing solutions, and managing the RFP procedure in collaboration with the client, procurement, and legal.
  • Executing professional advice and delivering results to clients.
  • Mentoring and training team members in their early careers.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and frameworks.

Estimated Salary: £140,000 - £200,000 per annum.

Requirements

We require individuals with a strong background in executive compensation, with experience in roles focused on executive compensation, executive reward, executive pay, executive remuneration, or corporate governance.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to summarise complex information, and strong interpersonal abilities for managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in incentive design, performance calibration, and the use of performance metrics, as well as a deep understanding of UK executive compensation governance, investor relations, and regulatory requirements.
