Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Executive Rewards and Governance to join our Oakleaf Partnership team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our executive reward strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities include drafting the Directors' Remuneration Report, working with external advisors, and preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee. You will also be responsible for establishing a reporting framework and process to provide regular updates to our Remuneration Committee.

In addition, you will advise on senior hires, manage Company Share Schemes, and build strong relationships with colleagues across other teams.

Salary: Competitive salary (£120,000 - £180,000 per annum)
