Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on executive compensation matters to the Remuneration Committee and senior leadership team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive remuneration strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage Company Share Schemes and platforms, including executive share plans and all-employee share plans.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong understanding of UK corporate governance, investor body guidelines, and the Corporate Governance Code. Excellent project management and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of UK corporate governance environment and investor body guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and experience working with financial data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good working knowledge of Company Secretarial practices and procedures.

We estimate the salary for this position to be £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
