Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at Media Search Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying opportunities to increase profitability and market share.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote memberships and secure applications.
- Proactively source and engage with potential members, particularly Ultra-High-Net-Worth families and private investors.
- Actively participate in networking events, client meetings, and conferences to build relationships and promote memberships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of membership prospects and convert them into sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in sales/membership development.
- Proven experience in relationship development and management.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to present proposals effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of up to £60k and OTE £70k-£80k, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
