Strategic Business Development Lead

At MLC Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to drive commercial growth and success. Reporting directly to the executive team, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organisation.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and assess business opportunities, providing commercial insights and recommendations.
- Lead business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Provide market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of business development and commercial growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Experience in a Big Four environment or a management consulting practice, with a strong understanding of commercial and regulatory environments.
