Key Account Manager

Job Summary:
Juice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client relationships, identifying opportunities to maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling, and working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key account buyers, ensuring they are informed about new product launches and stock availability.
- Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximise sales.
- Account Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of key accounts, including processing orders and ensuring timely dispatch, in coordination with Operations and Customer Services.
- Product Presentation: Present new products aligned with seasonal launches and buying schedules.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales account management, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
