Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team at a leading luxury hotel in Wiltshire. As a General Manager, you will play a critical role in the overall management and operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including service, standards, quality, and financial accountability and profitability.
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional service and experiences to guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and control departmental costs and recommend measures to control them.
  • Provide detailed sales, wages, and cost forecasts.
  • Take full responsibility for all Health and Safety programs, legal aspects, and training within the department.
  • Recruit, motivate, train, develop, and inspire your team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in F+B.
  • Previous operational experience within a similar-sized operation.
  • 24 Bed, 4 Red Star, 2 Rosette.
  • Proven track record in similar style property with a strong F&B background.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
