Total Remuneration Package: £70,000 - £85,000 per year

The company is seeking a Benefits and Incentives Manager to join their HR team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing benefits and incentives programmes that align with business goals and employee needs. With a strong focus on data analysis, you will use trends to inform strategic decisions and present compelling insights to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in rewards and benefits HR roles, ideally in residential construction, volume housebuilding, or Build to Rent. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with senior leadership teams. Experience managing third-party suppliers and key internal stakeholders is essential. Proficiency in Excel is required, with experience in COINS being a bonus. A flexible, agile attitude and a passion for delivering results are also crucial.
