About the Role

As a Commercial Account Executive at Moorepay, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships with them, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and pursue them to grow the customer base. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients will be essential in securing new business and growing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to deliver excellent customer service and drive revenue growth
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and payroll solutions preferred
