Medical Administrator Coordinator

At American Hospital Dubai Mea, we are seeking an experienced Medical Administrator Coordinator to oversee departmental operations. This role is responsible for coordinating committee meetings, ensuring timely notifications, room bookings, and accurate minute taking. Additionally, the successful candidate will be tasked with credentialing and privileging physicians, monitoring privilege expiry dates, and assisting with re-privileging.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate departmental committee meetings, including sending notifications, booking rooms, and distributing agendas.
- Oversee the credentialing and privileging process for physicians, ensuring all necessary documents are up-to-date.
- Monitor privilege expiry dates and assist with the re-privileging process as needed.
