About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Coordinator at St Marys Hospice. As a key member of our online department, you will be responsible for listing and merchandising stock, promoting listings on various online platforms, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • List new products on all agreed online platforms
  • Merchandise stock online to ensure it is presented in an attractive and professional manner
  • Promote listings on eBay and other online platforms to meet the income target
  • Carry out quality checks on all listed and outgoing merchandise
  • Packing orders in suitable packaging and preparing postage documentation for shipment
  • Dealing with customer returns/complaints
  • Establish, maintain and monitor routine online trading activities
