Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Administrator in the Diabetes Specialist Team within the Integrated Community Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide a full administration and secretarial service to the Community Nursing Team
• Make appointments and liaise with District Nursing Team members
• Respond to enquiries from service users and outside agencies
• Administer the General Domiciliary Care process for patients
• Ensure all administrative processes following an RIP are undertaken
• Order medical equipment under the guidance of the team lead
• Use a variety of IT packages for various tasks

Person Specification:
• 3 GCSEs grade C or above to include English or equivalent experience
• NVQ Level 3 in administration or equivalent qualification or relevant proven experience
• Experience of computer-based information systems in an office environment
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload on a daily basis
• Flexibility and ability to respond positively to change

Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum (pro rata)
