We are seeking a Senior Neonatal Care Coordinator to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to critically ill babies and their families.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Senior Neonatal Care Coordinator, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure that our patients receive the best possible treatment.

You will have experience of working in a neonatal unit at senior level, with a proven track record of leading shifts and coordinating care. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and families.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £40,033 per annum (pro rata), rising to £45,333 per annum after 1 year. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working opportunities, career development opportunities, and access to state-of-the-art facilities.
