Job Description
As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering personalized support plans, coordinating activities, and building positive relationships with residents. You will also contribute to a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A degree in a relevant field, such as social care or psychology, or equivalent experience is required for this role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
