As an operations coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Future Submarines Team, working on the Dreadnought and SSNA submarine programmes. This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13-£15 per hour.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information between teams, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. You will also assist with travel arrangements for senior managers and their teams.

  • Manage visitor access to the site following established protocols
  • Prepare meeting materials, including presentations and reports
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for senior managers and their teams

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
