This is a part-time position that requires 15 hours of work per week. As an Ecommerce Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our online retail presence across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • List new products on all agreed online platforms.
  • Merchandise stock online to ensure it is presented in an attractive and professional manner.
  • Photograph and edit pictures to a high standard.
  • Promote listings on eBay and other online platforms to meet income targets.
  • Carry out quality checks on listed and outgoing merchandise.
  • Pack orders in suitable packaging and prepare postage documentation for shipment.
  • Deal with customer returns and complaints.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor online trading activities, identify updates needed, and implement them.
  • Work with volunteers to assess the suitability of goods for resale and organize stock items.
  • Maintain organized and tidy stock storage, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collect, collate, and record information on stock turnover and sales.
