Support and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Coordinator in Barrow-in-Furness. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live fulfilling and valued lives.
Job Duties:The Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing direct support to clients, conducting assessments of client needs, developing proactive risk management strategies, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery. The role will also involve working in a flexible manner which may include working days, evenings, weekends, waking nights, and sleepovers.
