Supporting Independence
Creative Support is a leading charity providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities. We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness, promoting independence and well-being among service users.

About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will provide one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities, developing and implementing individualised support plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences. As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of support services.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and choice
* Develop and implement individualised support plans, taking into account each person's unique needs and preferences
* Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality support services
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements
* Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
* Enhanced DBS clearance required
