Service Coordinator

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team at Oaklea House, Barrow-in-Furness. This exciting opportunity involves providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, promoting an active and fulfilling life.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to assess needs and implement proactive risk management strategies. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure support planning is tailored to meet the individual's needs.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing outcome-focused support to enable clients to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, and participate in their local community
- Effectively meeting the needs of our clients and taking additional responsibilities such as rota management, induction of staff, and staff supervision
- Working in a flexible manner, including working days, evenings, weekends, waking nights, and sleepovers
This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and career, with full training provided and the chance to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
