Bid Coordinator - Facilities Management

This exciting role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team within our Facilities Management division.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bid and resource coordination process, providing information and preparing proposal submissions, and improving communications and management procedures to maximize profitability and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the bid process, including staff management and communication.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, identifying valid and viable commercial delivery options.
  • Improve operational efficiency and profitability through effective management procedures and systems.
  • Verify bid validity using the BMF Estimating package/system.
  • Source specialist subcontractor costs and formulate bids.
  • Load asset information and attend site visits as required.
  • Attend Divisional Bid Meetings and progress submitted tenders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educated to HNC/HND Standard (or equivalent).
  • Significant management experience.
  • Relevant quantity surveying qualification (degree level preferable).
  • QS experience and estimating skills within the FM Industry.
  • Desirable: SFG20 environment experience and proficient IT skills.
  • SC Clearance and a full UK driving licence required.

Estimated Salary: Up to £60,000 + car allowance + excellent benefits
