Job Summary:

A pivotal role has become available for a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join Carbon 60 at our prestigious client site in Barrow in Furness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing bid and resource coordination processes, preparing proposal submissions, and obtaining specialist subcontractor costs.

The selected individual will be responsible for formulating bids based on briefs, attending site visits across the UK, progressing submitted tenders, and identifying cost-saving initiatives to report to clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as well as excellent management and communication skills. A good understanding of facilities management principles and practices is also required.
