**Job Title:** Facilities Management Specialist

Company Overview:

Carbon 60 is a National Facilities Management company based in the North West, offering various client contracts.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum plus car allowance and excellent benefits

Job Description:

To manage the bid and resource co-ordination process involving both direct and indirect staff management. Provide information and prepare proposal submissions using BMF Estimating package/system.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bid and resource co-ordination process
  • Provide information and prepare proposal submissions
  • Use BMF Estimating package/system
  • Obtain specialist subcontractor costs
  • Attend site visits and Divisional Bid Meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to HNC/HND Standard (or equivalent)
  • Excellent management experience
  • Relevant qualification in quantity surveying (degree level preferable)
  • Experience working within a QS capacity
  • Relevant experience of estimating within the FM Industry
