Job Title: Contract Management Specialist

Candidates with experience in Building Services industry are invited to apply for a challenging role as Contract Management Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals who want to develop their skills in contract management, facilities operations, and leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily management of the Engineering team, ensuring compliance with CBRE disciplinary processes and procedures. They will also be required to ensure that all matters impacting the smooth running of the building and facilities are immediately reported to both CBRE and the contracts Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the Engineering team
  • Compliance with CBRE disciplinary processes and procedures
  • Reporting of matters impacting building and facilities operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in Building Services industry
  • Understanding of Health and Safety issues
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good level of English and Mathematics required

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
