Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies, respond to client enquiries, and coordinate event logistics.
  • Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure that every aspect of our events is meticulously planned and executed.
  • You will be the main point of contact for couples, guests, suppliers, and staff on the day of the event, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event management and coordination, with a focus on weddings and special events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the demands of a fast-paced events environment.
